  1.   Graphix Zone, Inc. License Agreement
  2.  
  3.     This is a Legal agreement between you as an end user and Graphix
  4. Zone, Inc. concerning this product, hereafter referred to as Software. By
  5. clicking the button labeled "Agree" during this installation, you agree to
  6. be bound by the terms of this agreement.
  7.  
  8.     1. License. This agreement permits you to install and use your copy of
  9. the Software on single computer. You may not network the Software or
  10. otherwise use it or install it on more than one computer or terminal at
  11. the same time.
  12.  
  13.     2. Copyright. The Software (including any images, text, photographs,
  14. animation, video, audio, and music) is owned by Graphix Zone, Inc. or its
  15. suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws and its
  16. international treaty provisions. You may either (a) make one copy of the
  17. Software for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the Software to a
  18. single hard disk, provided that you keep the original for backup or archival
  19. purposes. Otherwise, the Software may not be copied or reproduced for any
  20. other purpose.

  22.     3. Other Restrictions. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may
  23. transfer the Software on a permanent basis, provided that you retain no copies
  24. and the recipient agrees with the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse
  25. engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that
  26. the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

  28.     4. Limited Warranty. Graphix Zone warrants that the Software will perform
  29. substantially in accordance with the accompanying printed materials for a
  30. period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Graphix Zone's entire
  31. liability and your  exclusive remedy  shall  be limited  only  to replacement
  32. of the Software that is determined to be defective during the warranty period,
  33. and is returned to Graphix Zone with a copy of  your receipt.  This  Limited
  34. Warranty is void if  the defective Software resulted from accident, abuse, or
  35. misapplication. Any replacement Software will be warranted for  the remainder
  36. of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

  38.     5. No Other Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable 
  39. law, Graphix Zone disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied,
  40. including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
  41. for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software. This limited warranty
  42. gives you no specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from
  43. state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

  45.     6. No Liability For Consequential Damages. To the maximum permitted
  46. by applicable law, in no event shall Graphix Zone or its suppliers be liable
  47. for any damages what so ever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
  48. of business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary
  49. loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software, even if
  50. Graphix Zone has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because
  51. some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
  52. liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may
  53. not apply to you.
